Kelly’s decade of experience as the Development Director for a Houston non-profit equipped her with the knowledge to consult with your organization or school to make sure your fundraising is efficient and successful. Each event has different goals, special challenges, and unique opportunities. As your impartial mentor and partner, Kelly will work with your team to determine if our plethora of exciting NO RISK experiences might be a good fit for your audience. To Kelly, this is more than a 9-5 job, it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people around the world, and that is exactly what she’s done for her entire career.

Purpose-driven work has always been paramount to Sandy from the time she interned at a small charity while attending college. Following that rewarding experience, she began an 18-year career as a fundraising professional raising millions of dollars to fund disease-related research. What drew her to CharityACE was the opportunity to impact a vast number of worthy causes and to help improve the lives of those in need. At the end of the day, she wants her work to make a difference in this world.

Sandy’s long tenure in event fundraising has fueled her passion for mission advancement and has given her the experience she needs to assist you in your efforts. She takes the time to learn about your event, your audience and your goals to help you determine what makes the most sense for your organization and which experiences will bring you the most success. She is always happy to share best practices from her own experience to help you throughout your planning process.

A New York native, her passion for giving back has always been the center of what embodies Justina. Her family instilled the core purpose of volunteering and fundraising in the community when she was a child. She has volunteered and worked with various non-profit organizations over the past 15 years assisting in many different areas and skills. Justina loves to multi-task and be the person who wears the “multiple hats” just like her time working in non-profit organizations. So she understands the hard work that directors, administration, and volunteers put into their events and fundraising each day.

When she is not helping the team or charities with their events she is at the beach with her family enjoying the sun and waves, community playgrounds, or baking sweet treats! She also helps fundraise and manage a high school scholarship foundation in memory of her mother who passed away from Breast Cancer in 2012. Her mom showed her the importance of balancing hard work, giving back, and spending time with her family which Justina strives to live by.
