Fill Out the Winner Information Form

Once we receive winner information, be on the lookout for an invoice normally within 2 business days.
Winners are normally contacted by their concierge service approximately 3-5 business days after payment has been successfully processed and received.

Have a backup bidder who loved a package but didn’t win? Just send their name, contact info, and the package name to support@charityace.com—we’ll follow up with care and help you raise even more for your cause.
