Nope! Just like all CharityACE packages, bundles are completely risk-free. You only pay for the packages that sell at your event. If you select a 3-package bundle and only 2 sell, you’re only invoiced for those 2.

Each bundle comes with a built-in savings opportunity — Bundle 1 includes a $200 discount, Bundle 2 includes $300 off, and Bundle 3 saves you $400. To qualify for the discount, each package in your chosen bundle must sell at least once. If one doesn’t sell, the discount won’t apply, but you also won’t be charged for the unsold item.

The discount is a one-time deal per bundle. Even if you sell the same package multiple times (go you!), the discount only applies once — but of course, you’ll raise more overall!

Not at all! Your event can take place anytime in 2025. You just need to sign your bundle proposal before June 30, 2025 to lock in the offer.

Simple! Just fill out the form or get in touch with your CharityACE consultant. Once your proposal is signed, your bundle is locked in — and your discount eligibility is too.

You can always add individual packages outside of your bundle — just let us know! Those additions will follow our regular pricing and terms but can be a great way to further energize your auction.
